Larry Regina
On April 23, 2009, Larry Regina again visited the "Introduction to Bass Fishing" class. This year he brought his Stratos boat along. Regina took the time to show the features of his boat. He also modeled different ways to cast a baitcast reel and answered countless questions.
On Regina's way to see the class, he made a stop at Dick's Sporting Goods Store in Mishawaka. There he spent over $100 on tackle to give the students. When I made the comment to him that that was completely unnecessary, he replied, "Its the best money I ever spent." Regina is an ambassadeur for our sport we should all strive to be.
After signing this student's shirt, Regina requested he be paired up with him at the 2009 UMS Tournament. He was, and the student had the time of his life!
